3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

4. Booking and Payment Terms
Travel bookings and payments are subject to the following:

- Final payment is due 45 days before departure
- Late payments may result in booking cancellation
- Credit card processing fees may apply

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- 90+ days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
- 60-89 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 30 days: 100% cancellation fee
- Supplier cancellation fees may apply regardless of timing
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Legacy Travel Consultants is not responsible for losses due to:
- Trip cancellations or interruptions
- Medical emergencies or evacuations
- Lost or stolen luggage
- Flight delays or cancellations
7. Limitation of Liability
Legacy Travel Consultants acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. Our liability is limited to:
- Professional consultation fees paid to us
- We are not responsible for supplier failures or service disruptions
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics)
- Client decisions that deviate from recommended itineraries
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your travel plans and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share necessary information with travel suppliers to complete bookings.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters and extreme weather
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or travel restrictions
- Pandemic or health emergencies
- Supplier bankruptcies or closures
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiations between parties
- Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
